“Unfortunately, customer service and knowledgeable representatives have taken a backseat with many companies, but not with Evolve! I contacted them to set up what I thought would be a one-time service, but after speaking with Wendi, we decided to sign an annual agreement. This wasn't because of a high-pressure sales offer or the price (which is a great deal by the way), it was the level of refreshing, genuine customer service and knowledge about the services they provide and stand by. After speaking with Wendi, she promptly emailed me the necessary documents to get started and scheduled service for the NEXT day. Wyatt was our service technician; he called 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say that he was on his way. He arrived on time and was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He even gave me some tips on future landscaping we plan on doing and how it relates to bugs. Before Wyatt sprayed inside he checked with me to ensure he wasn't planning on spraying any area that I didn't want to be treated. After completing the service, he gave me with a service reminder card that said “Welcome to the Evolve Family” on the top and took a moment to explain what we should expect over the next few days.
