Manager excellent and they help fix my car so well and get me ready to go

Chris Coomer is a model for people who work in the automotive repair business! He explained things in language that I understood, offered suggestions for alternatives to what I thought I needed done (he was right), and answered my million questions. Although this isn't a place I want to have to visit often, I will definitely return to see Chris when needed!

Transfer case on my Equinox blew to shreds on the road, luckily I was right next to T&K when it happened. They diagnosed it right in front of me, showed me the price of each part, and even showed me how they’d put it back together. The manager, Chris, is clearly very experienced in the industry and just a good guy - he even offered to drive me to work during the day they’d be working on it. Overall it was the best experience at an auto shop I’ve ever had. Five stars.
