“Athena coached me for two physique (NPC bikini division) shows. She was incredibly thorough in planning my diet and everything else that I would need to do for my shows- which is quite extensive! She was always there to encourage, motivate, and advise me on absolutely anything that came up during my show prep! She texted and called me frequently to check in on how I was doing with my diet, exercise, and even just how I was doing emotionally too! I knew she was as invested in my transformation as I was, and that encouraged me to continue working hard to meet my goal!
