“Brunch was amazing. The ambience was so warm and welcoming and we loved the waterfalls. We started off with mimosas and fruit. Then moved on to enjoy Catfish, fried shrimp, and CREAMY cheddar grits with a side of collard greens (favorite side). I had to emphasize creamy because those grits were amazing. I always have to enjoy a sweet as well so I included an order of waffles. They had a great sweet flavor and the syrup came out with its own warmer to keep it at the perfect temperature. 10/10 I recommend 🤩”

“Awesome customer service. I had issues with a balance that was overdue. I transferred my account to a different location in Corpus Christi and the location in CC didn’t do the transfer correctly. So I was getting double charged. I spoke to Juan the GM and he was great help. He took time to understand the situation and asked all the right questions. “Both my children were serviced here for their routine check ups and I must say, I am highly impressed. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The office was clean and kid friendly. More importantly, the service was top of the line. Dentist was patient and informative, now my children are no longer afraid of the dentist. I’m excited about my own upcoming appointment and veneer consultation. UPDATE: I have my consultation for veneers and I have nothing but great things to say. “I've been a customer of Staples since forever. However, this particular store exemplifies quality customer service by far. I purchase small items - calendar refills, pens, paperclips, etc., and it was suggested opening a rewards account which I did. While I don't have a mass amount of points, I'm watching them grow slowly. I wasn't aware of other services I could take advantage of: UPS shipping, printing, copies which were a great help as your store is convenient to my home and was one-stop shopping. I received a flier with a coupon for free shredding. I was thrilled! I had several bags of confidential paperwork would've paid a 3rd party by the pound or waited for a "shred event" which wasn't happening any time soon. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady in the copy area who went out of her way to assist me, not only with the process, but with that strange machine called a "printer/copier" and the shipping process. She was the only employee manning that department at the time and, although busy, took control and managed to keep the line moving quickly. While I'm always treated extremely well while entering the store and asked if there's anything I can be helped with during my visit, there's a particular employee who stands out. I was recommended by Lenovo to contact Staples who is an authorized repair dealer to assist with an issue I was having with my PC. Trevor spent time with me over the phone and recommended coming in for a specific wire. Upon visiting, he not only found the wire, but price-matched to the website, saving me $10.00. My receipt also included an additional $10.00 coupon towards my next purchase of $20.00. With another issue this past weekend (and the opportunity to purchase much-needed items with my $10 coupon), Trevor provided me the name of a 5-Star local repair company who would be able to assist better. His honesty went a long way; many companies could have attempted a fix which would have destroyed my computer, causing great damage. Thank you, Trevor and the Addison, TX staff for making each of my visits pleasant. With many other options for my office supplies in the Dallas area, you always make me feel like your only customer. Good job!”

“My experience was great. Joe was very knowledgeable, and courteous . After some negotiation, I made a deposit on one of their Audi’s and drove in to pick up the car on my day off. I was shocked at how clean and prepared this dealership is. They had little chargers on their cars to ensure the batteries are fully charged. I have never seen something so advanced in a used car dealer or any dealership for that matter. The whole experience seemed very cared after. The price was very good for the car and the quality of the vehicles is top notch. All their cars are extremely clean and look brand new. “My fiance and I moved to Dallas from Indiana and moved into Savoye. We have lived at Savoye for just under 2 years before building a home and I cannot ay enough good about Savoye! It is in the middle of a beautiful park with great area to walk, run and take your pets and always felt very safe. The residents and staff were very friendly and the apartment itself was great value! Within walking distance of a Tom Thumb, Target and Kroger which was very convenient. This is the perfect 15ish min distance from downtown giving you plenty of choice of activities without the traffic and noise of actually living downtown. To anyone on the fence - I highly recommend!”
