  Went in for stitches to my hand. Was seen very quickly. Staff was very professional and went about treating my issue in a skilled and proficient manner.
  Will definitely use FastMed again when and if needed.

  I really loved it, I will be going for our medical services to this place.
  From the front to the back the personnel is awesome.
  I m so glad,that finally Balch Springs has an awesome urgent care place to go to.
  My husband was very satisfied with the service.

  I went in for staple removal. I had a time slot on a Saturday and waited and had a mishap and I was unable to continue but was reassured I would not be charged for another appointment if I came back in 2 days. I was so stressed I would have to explain or ask for a refund or otherwise just an issue. Nope, Dr. Patel saw me immediately, removed all nine staples and I think I was only there for maybe 20 min MAYBE wait and all on a Monday after a holiday! It was painless too. Highly recommend seeing him. He called me darling too and this is Texas so I already knew he would take care of me lol!

  I am a veteran and was referred by my PCP via the VA Mission Act because if a schedule conflict as a walk in at the VA clinic. Fast med Urgent Care clinic was on the list of Mission Act providers. The service I received was prompt, professional, and pleasant. The clinic was clean, waiting area was spacious, and my exam room was the typical exam room, clean and sterile.
  
  The attention I received from the xray technician and NP was exceptional. They were nice, listened to me and took good care of me. I give them 5 stars because they earned it.
