“I was with Best Srar for a long time and all of a sudden my services stop. I couldn't get any information about what was happening but they kept telling me that they would didn't know what happened,They said that they were trying to find out what was happening also. If I hadn't been living with a family member I would have been in bad shape I couldn't drive, cook, dress myself or barely walk. I reported it to no avail and I look and see Best Srar is still in business. I need to know what I can do about this so it maybe want happen to anyone else. All they would tell me is I need to talk to Neil no last name .When I catch him off guard, he would tell me to let them go and keep working. He didn't try and find me someone else at all.He said the government hadn't turned the money loose but no reason ..I rate BS 2 stars for the Carrollton office only.”
