They were even accommodating when some things wouldn't fit in my mother's apartment and had to be shifted to mine. And then, when I discovered I hadn't gotten a full unpack like I intended, they were able to do a full unpack (with the appropriate added charge of course) on the fly. Communication with the home office was good and I was very pleased and comfortable with the whole process. Moving is never easy, but they made it as painless as possible.”
