We recently moved to Texas and have struggled to find a stylist who doesn’t mess up their hair. We decide to try the Cedar Hill store recently. Cesar was awesome and all 4 of my boys love their hair cuts. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is going to do and why before he does it.
