“Absolutely awesome gym, coaches, and members! They're the best for three reasons: 1) I'm still going after eight months. The coaches are always positive and their enthusiasm is contagious. And the members are welcoming and super supportive. 2) I'm stronger than I was ten years ago. The coaches do a great job of pushing me to get better without overdoing it. They seem to sense when people need to be pushed or need a break. 3) I think I'll be able to do CrossFit without injury for a long time with SLC. The coaches are constantly drilling safe technique and they're very good about helping us reach our limits without going over. Seriously - a membership will be the best money you spend all month!”

“Was looking for a long time to find a good place to play basketball, and this was perfect. Dedicated time to play pickup (king of the court style), friendly staff and ownership, well maintained facilities, and dedicated workout spaces in the back. There are also shooting machines to use when one of the 5 hoops are open and training staff on site. Highly recommended!”
