The front desk folks are also very helpful and friendly as well. 5/5 Came here again this week and I had Marian Bednar and other team members. It was seemingly great as well! “I just wanted to thank Lorenzo for being so kind and efficient during the whole process. I reserved the unit the day prior and I immediately got an email confirming my reservation and a call and email the next day from Lorenzo confirming my rental. When we arrived Lorenzo was very friendly and communicative about the rental and all that was included. He showed us the unit, explained the lock and then he went over the lease with me and sent me links to automatically open the gate with my phone and to set up auto debit for my unit. The rental includes a free truck which is super helpful in the moving process. Overall it was the best deal I was able to find and I’m very pleased with the service that Lorenzo provided me.”

I went out of my way to give a review because last time I went to pick up my order, my car battery decided to die right at the loading dock. Talk about embarrassing! “If you ever get a chance to visit The Container Store Distribution Center, you're in for a treat. The warehouse is known for its crazy clean floors. There's no dust bunnies hanging around here. Obviously it's organized because how else would they operate? There's a pretty cool welcome area for drivers who need to rest and shower before getting on the road. There's also satellite eateries for quick grab and go meals. Other than that the music playing helps the day pass away.”
