(February 7, 2022, 7:30 pm)I love my full membership because it is an inexpensive way to get unlimited salon services in the convenience of your neighborhood with either an appointment or drop in.
Yesterday I did all three in a row: cryotherapy, compression on my legs, and then 30 minutes of the infrared sauna. Came out feeling so good.
The owners and staff are so hospitable, too.
In the busy of a day's work, errands and exercise, this is a perfect, quick, and health way to have a break in the day.

You can spend as little or as much time here as you desire to meet your needs for athletic/muscle recovery and pain relief. A great small business in Dallas to check out and support if you’re hoping to take your athletic performance to the next level and/or indulge in some self care. A wonderful addition to the Lakewood community.

The advantages of all three services they offer are endless. I really enjoy Cryotherapy before a workout, unwinding in the I Infrared Sauna after and the Compression Therapy feels amazing on my legs! Definitely give this “cool”
