I'm not a customer but I called to see if I was able to workout if I have a membership from a diff state. The employee working was very kind and helpful. When she called back, the owner was there and we chatted a bit and she was very kind, helpful and seems very dedicated to accommodating her clients. I definitely am ready to get in and have some workouts while in the area for business.
Highly recommend not only the awesome experience of the workout but the awesome staff/owner.

I have been coming to Hotworx about a year. Barre None and Yoga are my favorites! I feel refreshed and my tight muscles feel better after the hot workout!

Obsessed with these workouts. I’ve been coming for over a year and while they’re currently going through a general manager change, they’re doing a good job with transition. Covid protocols are in place. Highly recommend.

I can’t brag enough on their manager, Keeley, and her customer service. Wow! I have a membership at another location, 2 hours away but I was having the worst time getting ahold of their manager to get a credit on my account for a series of false charges. In desperation I googled her store and asked if she would be willing to help. She jumped right in! For two months I got the run around from my store and she had it fixed for me in 2 days and kept me updated as she worked. You’ll be in great hands at her store.
