They make an extremely hard workout turn into a motivational power trip that makes you feel like a rock star once you finish. My exercise regimen has completely changed, for the better, thanks to Sheridan, Adam and Chantelle!!! 👊🏻👊🏻

(November 29, 2020, 11:10 pm)No workout is ever the same. The structure of the program keeps you guessing as well. I love that no matter the time of day I’m getting the same workout as friends who also attend same day but different class. The coaches are welcoming and engaging. Our head coach cares so much for our Lakewood community that she goes above and beyond for members to create an inclusive environment.
