This is a great place to live. very quiet and peaceful, smoke free environment, near schools and transportation, plenty of shops in the area and reasonable rent rates.. Alejandra is also amazing, she's professional and courteous and goes above and beyond to accommodate/support all of us here..

I been at the apartment for 1 now and I am looking forward to renew my lease. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Natalia(property manage) is great. she very responsive to my email with questions, concern, and help with payments or living space.
Laundry room is clean and so as the pool area. Refurbished parking lot and building exterior structural paint and new roof at the port garage.
All in all, I like it, my neighbors are great as well...

A nice place, after almost two years, I was very surprised to notice a lot of changes. The complex looks good now. Everything is nice. Security, environment. Our manager is very professional, hardworking and likes the great job. Finally, she's the right person at the right place. Long live to Fremont Arms apartmens.

I just want to review these apartments and I can honestly say that since I have lived here, I have seen that property is very clean, safe environment. The manager Natalie Lagunita is very friendly. She is always seeing to help the resident when they need it. Thank you for all the help and safety measures that are provided in this apartments. I would definitely recommend Fremont Arms apartments.

Please come by and review the property for your self and don't take the word of a tenant who left his apartment in such poor condition. We have nice, clean units at a reasonable rate.
