The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that we caught the last shuttle and it was packed and uncomfortable. It seems like the rental car companies could have predicted the needs at the time based on the flight and the number of people who had rental car reservations.”

“I was in town by myself for the first time. The staff were great at pick up and drop off making the entire process smooth. I picked up the car within 30 minutes of landing (made reservation ahead of time).I dropped the car off and received my paperwork back for the return within 5 minutes. However, the inside and outside of the car was not cleaned out well. It was not too bad, but it could've used some maintenance once dropped off from the previous renter.”
