I didn't get Young lady name that waiting on me, but she she was very perfection and polite, caring.

Quick and easy...transfer and screen protection all done by staff so I literally was only responsible for paying taxes and fees. I even went to Kroger, get gas, and come back with no problems. Professional and kind service from Tamia!

Makaila was absolutely wonderful with my importing issues on a new phone. I'm a travel nurse and she knew the importance of having a phone away from home.

We used Element Moving with our recent move. Luis, Diego, Darwin and Rick did a phenomenal job! They were extremely efficient with their time . It was like watching energizer bunnies just go and go! They moved everything to our new house with no issues. Communication was great. We were very pleased with their services and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you guys!

Eleazar, Miguel, and Juan Carlos are THE greatest! They clearly care about their role in the move. They all took great care of all my belongings and went the extra mile at every turn. They all managed to have a good time with my move while working so very hard. Anything I needed they gladly provided. I’ve moved more than I’d care to admit and these guys and Element made this one the very best moving experiences ever.

Had a great experience with Element Moving and Storage. Eleazar was the team lead and he went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. He was so professional, patient and helpful. Can’t say enough about the great service I received. I have used Element numerous times and they always do a great job.

We had a great experience with elements. The packing team was professional and did a great job of managing our expectations and keeping us informed. They were courteous and mindful to take measures for remaining masked since this was during Covid. The move-in team was also very courteous and very professional. Unfortunately, 3 items had some breakage but the on-site team was quick to forward the information to Customer Service so we would be able to begin processing a claim. Thankfully the breakage was minimal.

We would definitely recommend them to you. And if you can, make sure you use Kyle as your moving consultant. He was so quick to respond and so respectful of all of our questions.
