Stopped by this store to get a read out...coding on my Ford...both employees on duty were very helpful in assisting me and explaining to me what the coding pertained to. Joseph M drew out a diagram for me showing how to further analyze my cars' problem. Customer service was exceptional.

As a designer new to Dallas 10 years ago, I asked the top notch oriental rug cleaning company which Dallas oriental rug dealers they'd recommend particularly for being honest and fair. Farzin was one that he mentioned. Fast forward to today; I'd purchased an Oushak rug in another city "on approval" & walked into Farzin to purchase a rug pad. I walked out with not only pad, but an education in Oushak rugs & a deep respect for the way Farzin Ghalibaf conducts business! He looked at the photos of the rug I had out on approval & instead of trying to sell me one of his, told me all about this type of rug and reassured me it was truly Turkish, very good quality & rare. The price I paid was more than fair, he said. I have to say his showroom had the best selection of Oushaks I've seen, in the prettiest colors. I truly appreciated his honesty, & can see why his business is so respected.
