I recently had total knee replacement. Dr Gemas and his staff are amazing. I was skeptical and nervous about undergoing surgery but everything went smoothly. I plan to go back in a few months for the other knee .

Doctor Gemas is fantastic!!! Had both my knees repaired and my hip replaced by him and the results were awesome. He explained exactly what to expect and has always been on point. He gets my vote as the Best Orthopedic Doctor in Dallas!

I went to Dr. Gemas back in 2013, was the best doctor i have ever dealt with, He really did his research and he filled me ALL my options, the pros and cons of each. When i decided which option i wanted to do he then proceeded the fill me in on exactly what he was going to be doing in my surgery what things were going to help my recovery and over all told me the ins and outs of everything. He managed to make me feel at peace even when i knew i had a soccer career ending injury. My recovery time was cut almost in half and i was able to even go onto play soccer in college. Dr. Gema was the best orthopedic doctor i have ever had. Even when i moved out to Tyler, Tx i would still make the drive to Dallas just to see Dr. Gemas because i did not trust anyone else. I recommend him to anyone i know. My grandmother has had a double knee replacement by him and she has never felt better.
