I am suffering of Bells Palsy since September 2023 and I am very thankful to Dr. Jordan. She was assisting me with ear pain at the beginning of my illness. I didn’t progress as we expected but nobody was taking care of that, except Dr. Jordan. She requested an MRI of the affected zone to check my nerve damage. And that test gave us some release….She was assisting me until she wasn’t able to help more. Even do she recommended an ophthalmologist to take care of my eyes. She tried her best to help me!!!!!
Dr. Jordan is very compassionate and not one to throw antibiotics around willy-nilly. Her staff is great as well: I was able to be squeezed in as an “emergency” when I was supposed to leave town the same day. I am pleased to have found her!
I had a great experience with Dr.Jordan. She explained everything that was happening to my ENT. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Doctor who cares. He staff is on top of it and very positive, polite, and professional. If you need an ENT Doctor , Dr. Jordan is the Doctor for you. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. WDM
Very pleasant place, people from checking in, nurses, especially Dr. Jordan is awesome 👏, very nice, understanding, make you feel very comfortable, audiology section, until checkout. Even when you call great customer service. Overall excellent service. I’m glad I chose this clinic to be my ENT.
