Maintenance is always on top of requests and takes care of them within two days. There are occasional water shut offs for a few hours but it doesn’t bother me. “- Drink menu is very good. They put a lot of effort into a large variety of craft cocktails. Plenty of wine options and beer is decent. Nice to see the focus on Dallas & Texas beers. - Floor Staff has been fantastic the last few times we've been in. Everyone has been knowledgeable about the menu items and incredibly accommodating. - The food is creative but has a welcome familiar tone and they are always willing to make alterations which has provided us with some especially nice dining experiences. - Decor is great. Patio is very nice. Music wasn't too loud but would just as soon it was turned off if the live music next door is loud enough to hear, otherwise it just becomes noise. - Local Traveller I has certainly matured and I am looking forward to enjoying more time on the patio.”

“I LOVE this clinic so much! I've taken a couple of my dogs there, and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. The staff is always so friendly, and the building is very clean. I can't remember the name of the veterinarian that I've been seeing, but she is so sweet. They give my pups lots of treats and make them feel as comfortable as they possibly can. Sometimes I feel like veterinarians can be pushy about certain products or unnecessary exams, etc., but I don't get that vibe from this place at all. I just think they truly do care about your pets and want the best for them.”

“I have been a tenant for several years due to the great location, customer-friendly staff and attentive maintenance. I never comment on anything! But the kindness of the maintenance team particularly Leandro, moves me to leave a review. Along with their timely attention to maintenance issues, even the emergency late night weekend ones over the years which is their responsibility, they must be commended on how often they have a willingness to take on issues that it could be argued, do not necessarily fall into their job description. I recently had to make 2 such requests within 24 hours. I am thankful for the service they provide at this apartment community.”

“This was my first time here and first time experiencing Shakespeare. This was a very intimate experience. While it was very casual, some people turned it formal. You can bring your own table and chairs or rent them there cheap. You can bring your own food and drink also. Some people were eating chips and sandwiches while drinking water or cokes, while others were having steak dinners with a nice scotch, still others having a burger and a beer or wine and cheese”
