I absolutely love this office! They are always so nice and helpful. I have been a patient here for about 3 years and love it!!! I 100% recommend anyone who is looking for amazing doctors, excellent staff, and an office that truly cares and willing to help this is the place for you! They have helped me in the darkest times of my life and I will always be forever grateful!!!

Foundation medical group has been there for me in so many way in only 2 months of being a patient. Im highly pleased, impressed, and thankful for the extra mile they went to ensure i would have what i needed to continue traveling the great road ive been on since becoming a patient there. Dr Leek is such a wonderful Dr he honestly cares about you, and listens to everything you have to say! He takes time never feel like im just a number or rushed out the door! Staff is amazing ALL of them! Did I mention Sunny front desk lady is SOOO WONDERFUL!!! Always timely, sweet and professional!!! Love them they have changed my life for the BEST!!!
