“I came to West Love and toured the property. I was blown away by how beautiful the property was along with the amazing office staff. Their team handled the busy traffic with ease. I didn't have to wait long to be acknowledged and was offered bottled water when I came in. I got to see their model unit and was blown away by the cleanliness and design of it all. The pool area had residences sun bathing and seemed to be happy and relaxed. Jenna greeted me and Isaac gave me the tour and answered all my questions. They really cared to make sure I left with all my questions answered. I'll definitely be signing a lease here, I could tell they really do care about the happiness of the people who live at this property. I've had bad experiences with management companies, I can tell this experience wont be negative and encourage others to choose West Love as their next place to live.”

“My resident experience has been amazing! I recently moved from Houston so it was definitely a stressful first weeks but CJ in the front office was so helpful! Parking has been great, we haven't had any issues with the apartment and if we did, they were small and Carlos from maintenance helped us immediately. No issues with other residents, it's pretty quiet around here. Only thing, is that I wish there were cameras in our street parking because I witnessed somebody hit a car parked in the street in front of my patio and run off-- yikes. I'm sure a complex camera would've helped out that person who's car was hit. Also, people leave food and trash in the stairwells. Out of the apartment's control but still. Overall, the amenities and apartments are 5/5. The price is also very reasonable and is appreciated. The area is great, lots of food and stores around. Right next to Love Field but I never hear any planes or even noises from neighbors upstairs or next to me.”

“Great place to leave your car for a few days. The staff is very friendly. The shuttle picks you up where you park and then off to the airport. The return back is almost just as quick. It's almost as easy as parking at the front door of the airport. The rates are pretty decent. Usually about $10/day. It's in the open but there must be security that watches. I've left my vehicle for 6 days at once and no problems. They'll give you a bottle of water when you pay, which is nice after a long trip. And you don't have to worry about getting flooded.”
