“It is extremely hard and rare to come by a shop nowadays that does business to their standard. My 2016 ProStar was derated -because of what I assumed was the QLS Sensor-and I couldn’t get it into the shop for them to take a look at it. I was transferred to Brandon and we were able to arrange for a mobile tech to come out and take a look at it. Long story short, they were able to properly diagnose, get the warrantied part approved through NTP, and fix the real issue. I was back rolling in 2 days. Big shouts out to Brandon, Pete, and forgive me but I forgot the other technician’s name lol. I will be back for any further issues that may arise. Thanks gentlemen!”

“Found a replacement radiator for my Ford backhoe on their website. Awesome price and they guaranteed it not to leak. UPS delivered it the next day! I took it from the box and discovered it had a small puncture that appeared to have happened during shipping. I took pictures and called them. After a very short visit by phone, they shipped a replacement next day and said UPS would pick up the damaged one in a few days. Great customer service experience! Will definitely call them again.”

“My sunroof glass blew off my truck without any indication there was a problem. I called the dealer where I bought the vehicle for repairs, but found they would not be able to help since it was an after market product. I tried several other locations, all unable to help. American Sunroof was referred to me by the last place I called. After speaking with American Sunroof representative, I was hopeful they might be able to help as she expressed her confidence that they could. I drove around to have them look at it, thinking I would surely need to return at a later date for any repairs they might be able to accomplish. Not only did they look at it and tell me they could help, they told me that they knew of a recall for the type sunroof I have, called them with the serial number and got me approved for the recall. They had the replacement glass in stock and replaced it in less than an hour. They were attentive prompt and professional. Very good company. I will recommend them to all my friends.
