August 1st I purchased a 2014 BMW 528I and after I returned back to San Angelo, Texas I had a a couple of very minor Mechanical Issues that were not covered by a warranty. However Brandi Mukupe Assistance Service Manager went above and beyond to make it right. Brandi and her staff went out of their way to make sure all my service needs were met.

Great service team and are very flexible to get you in. I can always trust BMW of Dallas to get my BMWs fixed the right way. Worth the extra cost when I know every part and technique is being used and done to a higher standard. The team is usually very quick to help me in getting me a loaner if needed and typically able to have my car fixed ASAP. If I want my BMW fixed the right way, I will bring my cars to Jesse and the team.
I took my BMW E66 to this dealership for the door latch recall. Scheduling the service online was easy. The service advisor, Dameon, was nice and professional. The service was complete within the expected time frame.
Unfortunately, few days after having this work on my car, one of my door stopped working completely. It was obviously related to the work that was recently done at the dealership. I scheduled another appointment, and they apologized about the issues and fixed the door promptly.
