Hinodeya Ramen Bar

I got the Mushroom "Umami" Max ramen and it was good! I was unsure about what spice level to get (options range from 1-10). I usually like spicy food, but was really hungry so didn't want to risk getting it so hot that I couldn't enjoy the meal. The staff were all very attentive and pleasant. One recommended that I start with a level one spice and they can bring you a separate cup of the next level so you can build up to your desired heat/flavor (which I appreciated). Only downside was the cocktail I ordered. I'd recommend sticking to something basic like wine or beer. I also ordered the shrimp tempura as an appetizer which was good and had tasty dipping sauces.

This Ramen was delicious!!! I got the spicy miso and it was flavorful, not too spicy, creamy, and I've been thinking about it since I left Dallas! I also got a rice dish to go that I ate in the car! What a great meal! Will definitely be back! Also, doesn't hurt that the customer service was A1!!!

Love the vibe of the place. Nice design interior. Server is attentive. I ordered Beef Sukiyaki Level 2 spicy and it was very delicious. Definitely will go back and try other menus

This place was great. Great food, great atmosphere, and very good service! I got the #3 level spice in my dish and it was delicious! We will be back again and again!
