“I have high dental anxiety...when I visited this establishment they actually had to wait for my heart rate to go down...its bad anxiety. However, dr Neville was honest, upfront, careful, and precise. I ended up having to get a crown lengthening performed and he walked me through the procedure and was honest that it may not work (it ended up working great!) but that the procedure wasn’t a sure thing. He at no point tried to force me into making a decision and was honest concerning the outcome. My procedure went great and dr Neville kept me informed throughout. Recovery was a breeze. I ended up getting to keep my tooth and did not require further treatment. After all this, my insurance company gave us the run around but dr Neville and his excellent staff worked with me through it all and communicated with my insurance until they paid for the service. I can not recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service and care at each stage of the process.”
