  My experience has been great so far. The staff is friendly and the leasing process is simple. The property is well kept and full of beautiful trees and landscaping. The over all quiet of the neighborhood is a huge plus. Close to quaint shops and places to grab a quick bite.

  How wrong I was! I had the opportunity to arrange a meeting with the Regional Director and I have to admit thinking, how professional, and poised she presented herself. When consulting our dire situation concerning my wife’s compromised health, and how our world went upside down, her empathy flourished and came up with a solution, unknowingly, she gave me a lesson, aggressive and desperate tactics sometimes blind reason, thank you Mrs. Clark, you are the best.
  
  We will miss this, a hidden gem, in the middle of Dallas. Thank you Maintenance Team; Kevin, Luis, Justin and José, it was always pleasant meeting you all as we enjoyed our walks around the very well kept property, no wonder, they got the team!
  
  Thanks also to the management team and especially, Mrs. Powers, who helped us with her empathy and concerns to find a solution to our dire situation, and she came through, with flying colors.
  
  Lakewood on the Trail, “because life is not only inside”,

  My husband & I just recently moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far we are VERY impressed with all aspects of living here. The community is almost eerily quiet at all times, we NEVER hear our neighbors when inside of our apartment (who we know watch their TV at a loud volume due to walking by their open patio door a few times & hearing it in passing while we were outside lol), & the first maintenance issue we had was serviced immediately. I have to brag on the professionalism of the maintenance crew. They had to replace a leaky garbage disposal, but left no mess whatsoever & put everything under the sink back just as they found it. This was a pleasant surprise compared to maintenance experiences we've had in the past & VERY appreciated. We moved here because of the layout of the unit & price being what we were looking for, but the overall living experience in comparison to the usual apartment life has really been impressive. The security gate actually functioning/not being left wide open personally gives me a peace of mind as well as the regular appearance of the security guard patrolling at nights. We expected a certain standard when signing our lease, but so far have had those expectations surpassed. We also intended on just fulfilling the one-year lease we signed when moving in so that we can buy a house, but if the charm of this place remains we might live here a little beyond just one year ????. We LOVE Lakewood on the Trail so far!
