“I have used Discount Tire in the past (5 years ago) and I remembered their fast service, great prices, and tire certificates which insure your tire against any damage, no questions asked. So I tried them again today: I ordered four Michelin Snow Tires for my SUV and got the insurance certificates for just over $1000. I felt like it was a fair price for what I ordered. You could probably walk out of here for about $500 if you bought four smaller, cheaper tires for a car. I made the appointment online and also paid online. When I arrived they inspected my vehicle and tried to upsell me (very low pressure, not a problem) on some wiper blades. I politely declined and that was that. I was told that my vehicle would be next and I would be in and out in about 15 minutes. It ended up taking about 35 minutes, but that was okay as I couldn't do the job myself and I knew I had modern machines and trained staff ensuring my tires were balanced and put on correctly. No worries for me, which gives me the peace of mind to enjoy my new tires. Plus they seemed a little busy even with about 8-10 guys on staff. Overall it was a good experience with only minor complaints. Heck, no place is perfect so I'm still giving it a 5 out of 5. Thanks, Discount Tire! My new tires are smooth and make my vehicle feel young again.”
