Baker's Ribs

Baker's was excellent, had a BBQ Baker with brisket. The brisket had great flavor and tasted fresh. The potato was beyond great, unlike other places Baker's showed extra care and made an amazing baked potato with a seasoned and perfectly cooked skin. Just the right amount of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The BBQ sauce was on point with perfect consistency and taste complimenting the meat. I had a side of Mac-and-Cheese which is where the star gets docked. The Mac-and-Cheese was average, noodles were over cooked and the cheese was just a little too sweet. Would have liked a taste that better complimented the BBQ main dish.

This is hands down the best BBQ I ever had in Texas. I love authentic food and after 5 years of living in Texas I have finally found authentic Texas BBQ. This place is a most try. Donald hand delivered my food to my job. He is a very humble gentleman who can throw down in the kitchen.

So I am blown away with how consistent Baker's ribs has always been. Every time I've gone for barbecue at bakers ribs on Northwest highway they are spot on every time for the past 15 years that I've been going! If you haven't tried this spot you need to check it out you'll definitely become a hooked fan as I am. Every time I go in I get the brisket It is smoked perfectly and very juicy it's juicy but they will trim it how you would like. Among the food there is the customer service. So every time I go in there there's always a manager named Josh Who has a great personality and it makes you feel good about being there. Bottom line is I definitely recommend this place!
