“I found a dog wandering in my neighborhood. I took it to a couple of vets in the area to see if they recognized it. The last place I went was Town & Country Pet Hospital. They did not recognize the dog, but scanned it for a microchip. (I'm not sure why the other clinics I went did not do this) Happily, the dog was chipped, unfortunately the dog was not registered to anyone. The lady helping me, Jennifer I think, called the company to track down where the chip was sold to, then called the place that did it. She got the owners number, but had to leave a message. She even texted the owner from her own phone. After waiting for a bit with no call back, they offered to keep the dog until the owner could be tracked down. I decided to take the dog home with me and finally got with the owner. I don't currently have a dog, but when I get my next one I will be coming here, just from the service I got. It's not that the other places I went were rude, they just didn't seem interested in helping. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't actually have to see the vet.”

“Dr. Feinstein is outstanding and has helped me stay healthy and recover from some issues. The staff is clueless and cold. Twice I have been given appointments only to get there and find no record of it. It's very difficult to get help from them on the phone. They should be calling me if my appointment was cancelled. I'm not sure about their appointment automation. I saw the Dr. in January and received an auto generated email in March saying I was "missed" and need to see the Dr. at least once a year.”
