We hired Southpaw for a major renovation on the fixer upper we bought. We had no idea what we got ourselves into, and Luis helped us every step of the way. He was always available to answer our questions or solve an unexpected problem. He was extremely sensitive to our budget and design preferences while also using his expertise to guide our decision making. The entire Southpaw team did excellent work and all were extremely professional. We are in love with our house and couldn't have done it without Southpaw!

We had unexpected flooding this year that made a whole house renovation necessary. We chose Southpaw to do the entirety of the work for us and could not be happier with our choice! Luis connected us with a designer who helped us design several areas of our home as well. Pricing was transparent and the quote only changed when I added things.

All of the guys on Luis' team are so nice and easy to work with. They accommodated many of my requests without hesitation which speaks to Luis' great leadership.

Now to talk about the actual quality of the work... it is impeccable. Southpaw pays as much attention to detail as I would hope a contractor would. Anything that was not completed to Luis' standards or needed to be changed due to unforeseen issues, was redone promptly.

Luis walked the house with me more times than I can count through the project and satisfied every item on our checklist.
