She doesn't like to listen to parents concerns and she will herbs attitude really quick if you question anything about her center. Lots of activities and my 7 year old loved it here too.”

“My name is Vanessa and my daughter Analia attends 2nd Step Day Care center. When we moved into South Dallas in May 2018 I really wanted to find a good daycare center for my daughter. I was very iffy bout moving her from Desoto .I began to tour most of the 5 star daycare centers in South Dallas and was not convinced. I drove off of I35 noticed 2nd Step Daycare scheduled a tour. I then looked into the reviews and figured they had a 3.7 review but I cared less bout the review. Because the minute I stepped a foot in that Door Ms. Williams made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I then got to meet the other two directors. Ms. Shionarie(Hope I spelled it correct) is one who has that bubbly talkitive and full of Joy personality she assured me my baby would be well taken care of they answers my 1000 questions with no hesitation. They are all awsome and about Mr. ANDRE definitely not rude he's just more serious and quite and throws the smile in when needed but always welcoming. Talk about the CARE it's AWsOme. They always have staff to cover all the kiddos and the Directors are always a part of the care as well. I can go on and on about how good this place is. My daughter has only been there for 4 months and she has learned how to sing her ABC count past 10. Can point out most of her body areas, sing, nap, manners, potty training etc.... Best place ever for anyone's Kiddo to be at. Ms. Sharon who is the immediate person to care for the Toddlers she's one of the best Child care providers ever. My daughter even calls her Mommy. “Both of my daughters have attended this school since they were in PreK. The school has always been transparent about everything happening at the school. I love that all the teachers know my children by name regardless of what grade they teach. All the staff gets to know you on a personal level. My daughters and I love the new principal and all the changes that have been implemented this past school year. The after care program that is offered at the school is wonderful and my children love staying after school even when they don't need to. If you have any questions or concerns the teachers and even the principal reply back right away. The school is about 20 minutes from where we live but I do not mind the drive at all if my children are receiving the best education. We love this school and all the amazing teachers!”
