“Nicole is incredible and I love her approach to yoga. She wants all of her students to succeed and she’ll push you to better yourself. If you’re doing a posture incorrectly, or maybe you’re not reaching your full potential in a posture, she’ll come over and adjust you so that a.) you’re not going to hurt yourself and b.) you’ll reach your full potential for that day. When you enter the studio with her you can tell her exactly what you want to work on, what hurts, what’s tight and she can easily pull from her knowledge bank and experience and adjust any practice to your specific needs. As a student, I appreciate this. I also appreciate her attention to detail. I once did a session with her that focused heavily on the strength and awareness of the toes and feet. And though that might seem unimportant it was everything but! Having a better understanding and control of my feet has helped me tremendously and it would have never crossed my mind had it not been for Nicole.
