You have the option of watching tv or dimming the lights and grabbing a blanket to just relax during your treatment. This was my first time here and I will definitely be going back. “Definitely recommend this place! In the past, I used to pay for a gym (and had access to a free gym at work) that I rarely went to. I realized I needed a personal trainer or someone to workout with for accountability. The classes are structured to set your ‘pace’ and ‘level of intensity’, so this place is for everyone (beginner/intermediate/advanced) who wants to challenge themselves each time. There are 1 or more trainers per class and a very small group. Everyone at Lift House is super friendly, helpful, and patient. You will get the level of attention you want or need. Shoutout to Tyler and Kendall for helping me push through workouts and making me feel more confident in my form.”

My wife is terminally ill and began needing daily care in May 2019 during the day while I was at work and on weekends as well. We hired Home Care Assistance based on a doctor’s recommendation. She and my wife didn’t mesh well and it was clearly because I made the selection rather than my wife, who was still lucid and could communicate at that point.
