I have struggled with debilitating back pain for quite some time and after my first session I could tell a major difference, just minutes afterwards!! I highly recommend Muscle Activation Dallas to anyone and everyone. Come in for yourself and set up an apt. I promise you won’t regret it!

I had never tried Pilates and she was very patient and helpful with me during my first experience. She is very professional and she and her studio are quite impressive. I would highly recommend her just like my friend did to me!
