Ms.Pat at the Public Storage on Cockrell Hill Rd is AMAZING. She is always willing to assist and help out anytime I go in or call. She never complains or acts as if she doesn't want to help. I don't believe there has ever been a time that I've rented from them and she didn't just make you feel like family. She is truly heaven sent. Ms. Pat you have a customer for life. Thank you for all you do, and all of the words of encouragement as well. You never know how you may have touched the hearts of people who needed it.

Excellent service. I got treated like a VIP. They let me to wear my storage unit was, I pulled my car in locked it all down the lady made sure my unit was secured. I got on the golf cart roll back to the main office and waited for my cab. I got a great deal on storage. I highly recommend this Storage Company above all others in Dallas Texas. There very professional and do a high quality job. I really impressed. Thank you for providing great service.
