Gold 3PL has great customer service and also an ability to work with a wide range of goods, from smaller packages to the big and bulky (ours are typically 50-60 lbs). Their transport rates with the likes of UPS and Fedex are far better than any rates we could get ourselves by working directly with the couriers, so part of their operational costs are offset by the savings we are seeing in freight.”

“My experience with Righteous Vanlines Moving company ended up okay. At first, I became a bit skeptical because the prices changed on me during pick up. We were on the third floor and had elevators. No one really told us that extra stairs and elevators would be extra charges but it was outlined in the paperwork so we were okay with that because after extra research on moving companies, it was not unusual that moving companies did charge extra fees for these services. I just wish that we could have been aware upfront. As far as the moving team...we were satisfied with their customer service both in how they handled us as customers and how they packed our items. Once we received our things in Spencer, WI, we did run across an extra fee because we were on the second floor but this fee was waived and we all left off happy. I would recommend this company but I would also advise others to ask questions regarding stair and elevator fees (if applicable) upfront so that there will not be any surprises. As for the service of this company, we were very satisfied! Good luck!”

“Had to go pick up a chair for a friend that needed it right away. Delivery was going to take too long. Guys at the warehouse were helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a large number of people picking up so things moved quickly. It’s not exactly obvious where to go but you proceed to the east side of the building to the loading docks. Signs tell you what to do from there. The guys shrink wrapped and loaded the chair quickly and we were on our way.”

“I worked at Marley spoon packing the boxes with the food that are shipped to customers who order Martha Stewart home delivery service. This is a cold storages facility. The boxes comes down the assembly line and we basically put the food in the box. If a leaf looks wilted or peach is too soft we are authorized to toss them, no questions asked. The QC People often check our stations makeing sure that the right food are loaded in our stations and that the food is fresh. To workers there wear several layers of clothes (due to the cold temperatures) and they take every precaution to make sure that there is no food contamination by making us wear white coats as though we are in a lab and gloves and hair nets. We also wear a face mask due to Covid. We also clean our station after each shift. I would order food from here. Its clean and we do our best to protect the public from danger we also ship and pack food for Dinnerly. I have been looking at things at this places. You know we don't have stools or a bench to sit on; during the down time of the line, and you will stand up your whole shift. It should be a law against that. LOL Even for the clerks at the grocery store. LOL”

“I cannot imagine having gone through this move process with any other company. We began this journey 16 months ago when my husband accepted a job in another state. We sold our home and Element came out and packed us up, put most of our things in storage for us and moved a smaller amount to an apartment while my husband put in his notice. Upon further investigating his new job was not as it had been represented, and this began the string of events over the next year and a half that caused us to have to move three more times before finally settling in Sherman. I cannot fathom working through all these changes, such as reworking our move from long distance to local, with any other company. These people became my family for the next year and a half, not just working through things but also supporting me and doing what they could to try to make things a little easier. Every single move team for every single move was absolutely top notch, professional, kind, incredibly hard working and fun to spend the day with. Because my process took so long, there was some turnover in the office but each person that came in was amazing as well. This company is a well-oiled machine and run by people who actually care. We have had some truly traumatizing moves with unscrupulous companies and we wanted to be sure we worked with one we could trust. I am so grateful for every person here that helped us through this incredibly uncertain time. I would not hesitate to hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“I stumbled onto GX courier while in line trying to ship something counter to counter on Southwest Airlines. Their driver gave me the email and number to the office and they have been my go to for about 4 years now. I ship stuff all over the country with them, 2 pounds to a whole pallet. No need for me to go to the airport anymore. They also do a great job all over the metroplex for us. Seems like they have a contact in every city and I have never had a problem with a shipment. Nothing like shipping something same day to repair down equipment.”
