Fantastic coffee, and I love the precautions they are taking to keep customers safe. The owners obviously care about quality; both in coffee and in service.

After purchasing some of their coffee from Whole foods, we are now loyal customers. Never going back. We grabbed a few bags to take with us to AZ as gifts for Christmas and now we are on the hook to ship some more to family members. XD.

Delightful little roastery! We're currently really enjoying both the Rise 'N Grind and Cold Snap beans. It was also a great experience doing the curbside pick up of both the beans and some drinks.

Do you love deep rich locally roasted beans over ice with just the right amount of cream? If so, Noble Coyote is for you. Granted my partaking was during the Covid-19 pandemic which calls for a little bit of flexibility. But ordering online was a breeze; the cone'd off dedicated, right out front parking spot is super nice. Service was quick. Let's get back to the coffee...it was delicious. The humble cup-a-coffee is life blood and their cold brew GAVE ME LIFE!
