Kristen is awesome. I came back to this store because she saved me last year at Christmas time with a phone purchase. As last year she was very personal, knowledgeable and made the task of getting a new phone very easy and stress free. I highly recommend!

Kristen can't say enough about how grateful she was!!! No pressure at all and she was excellent that we even decided to turn around and buy a new phone that she showed us, when we went last week at another shop. He didn't even show us how to use the phone as it was. All he want was for us to buy a way more expensive phone. With her she showed us this phone with no pressure at all. We loved it that we are buying it. There should be more like her that will help you instead of just pushing to buy. Thanks to her my husband is happy with his new phone!!

Kristin was very friendly and courteous. After we told her what we we there for she got out plan updated and then started the upgrade of the phone. While that was going helped someone else and did not miss a beat. Great multitasker. She got everything taken care of and we were out the door in about an hour and a half. This was a lot less than half the time it took the last time at the York Galleria store. Would highly recommend her.
