Excellent experience this is a custom and appointment option but reasonably priced (can’t really be beat IMO). Mike is awesome and stays in contact through the process!

Mike was AMAZING! I posted on the web for an appointment and was called within 15 minutes. I had a unique request to make a memorial necklace from a stone from my father's ring after his passing. Mike knew the sentimental value and kept me informed every step, from removing the stone, refurbishing it (Soft stone requires special treatment and they had the experts on hand to perform a top notch job), designing the setting to completion and delivery. I absolutely love it, it is more beautiful than I ever imagined it could be. I have a piece of my dad to wear daily. Not only am I happy with the design and final product. I appreciated the personal service Mike provided throughout the process. He went out of his way to make me comfortable leaving my heirloom to recreate a beauty.
