“I don’t just give a 5 star review without it being an honest opinion of the shop, and this shop deserves just that. The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced in quite a while. The store attendant took her time to make sure I saw all the unique items and services they carry. They have an embroidery area in the back of the store for personalized gift. Whether it’s a robe, bag, or children’s items, they embroider in house. I was breezing through the shop, not having time to sit down and eat, but I’m definitely coming back to try their lunch. The smell was intoxicating. And their beautifully decorated cookies for the Halloween season were very tempting! This shop has a little bit of everything but it alphas the most of us authenticity and character.”

I'll start this review by saying - they missed the original delivery date, which was for our wedding anniversary - my husband wanted to surprise me at work with the arrangement and was disappointed when it didn't arrive. (Splurges like flowers are a big deal to us!) Not only did they proactively reach out regarding the missed date, but they sent the arrangement directly to our home - gratis - with a lovely note. I was so moved! I will be a repeat customer for sure and try to pay that kindness forward!”

“Le Gourmet saves the day!!! We found Le Gourmet by happenstance and I'm so glad we did. After another bakery in town (who shall remain nameless!) closed its doors after I placed my order without letting me know, I was driving to another local bakery hoping for a miracle. With 24 hours notice, the second bakery said there was "no way" they could help us. We drove to the close-by Le Gourmet that we had noticed on our drive and the owner literally dropped what she was doing to assist this panicky bride before her engagement party to place my order and assure me she'd have the cookies in time for my evening party the next day. To say I was relieved and grateful was an understatement. Not only did Le Gourmet save the day by fulfilling our last minute order, but the shortbread cookies were SO phenomenal, there was not a SINGLE cookie left over! They were such a special, personalized part of our night. I'll never forget their hospitality. We WILL be back for years to come!”

Very patient and helpful with my questions. 2nd visit. Sept 2020 - Wanted to update my day to day glasses. Bought another pair of glasses.
