(December 20, 2022, 4:25 pm)I had a great customer service experience with Sam! After a big mistake, with another MetroPCS store failing to switch my port over causing me to lose my phone number. Traveling back to back from both stores, which was crazy! Sam made it right for me as I switch over to Metro for the first time. Kudos to him!

(June 10, 2018, 5:26 pm)My daughter worked the whole summer and saved alot of her money to get an Iphone. We came to this Metro store and Sam was great. He was very helpful and very proud. We enjoyed purchasing this expensive item with him. Anytime I need any help or have a question about my phone or phone plans...I go here and speak with Sam and his staff. They were amazing and friendly!!! We enjoy going. Side note...he really prasied my daughter for saving her money and making this important purchase. That had touched my ❤!!!!
