(August 29, 2019, 2:00 pm)After running into a bump in the road at the Mercedes dealership in west Houston, it was unfortunate that I had to escalate my concern to the headquarters in Dallas. Joe Stallard was not only able to come to a resolution that was satisfactory, but he was able to reinvent my engagement on why Sewell is not only appreciative of their customers—but was able to take my experience and implement it into a quick briefing on the core values of the customer that has Sewell one of the best!
