Luis Melendez is so wonderful! He was kind, and nothing but helpful since the first time we spoke on the phone. He actively listened to what I needed and what I wanted and got me settled into my new Outback after my old one finally gave out. I cannot tell you how quick and easy our process was here. Brian in the finance department helped us a ton too and worked with us to get a good rate at a trustworthy bank. I truly feel they had my best interests in mind from start to finish. Oh, and the very first Christmas card we received in the mail? It was from Luis!! HAND-WRITTEN. That in itself is so genuine and thoughtful. Sewell really is the ONLY place to buy a car. Period.
