It is a difficult time when a family must consider finding outside support for a loved one. However, I can say without a doubt that My Generation Helper made that process easy and gave us confidence that we were in good hands. They took the time to get to know my father and me so that they could provide the right caregivers for our situation.

I was impressed that the owner stopped in to our home from time to time to see for herself how things were going and provided ongoing guidance, training and counsel for the your team members. She also provided me with ongoing guidance and counsel. She was never more that a phone call away and was always ready to provide answers to my questions and new and effective ideas on dealing with day-to-day challenges.

If an unexpected need arose and we needed extra hours or a caregiver at a completely unexpected time, They were always there to help. We were never without a caregiver during the time that we worked with My Generation Helper. Even in the worst of weather situations, they were on the phone calling me at the break of dawn to discuss the day and find a way to get the caregivers that could not drive in the icy conditions to my home. It wasn’t simple at times but we always got it done. I knew I could always count on My Generation Helper.

My father was able to live out his life in our home, just as we wanted. He needed assistance and companionship for the times we couldn’t be with him. My Generation Helper was with us every step of the way. Their care was not just a service but is the calling of the people they have on their team.
