“The last thing you think in the first hours and days after you have lost a loved one, especially your Mom, is that there is anything that will be easy or positive. Especially not making the final arrangements. I can whole hardheartedly say Frank and his team did just that, it was EASY. I have planned several funerals and the stress was always in the details. Not the case with Frank's team. I had spoken with Audra earlier in the week not knowing it would be just days before I really needed their service. I had made no arrangements only answered some questions. When I called the office and told them my Mom had passed I literally had to say no more or do anything. Audra just asked when we would like for them to come and pick her up and she would see me at the office on Monday. They handled every detail to an EXCEPTIONAL level way above and beyond all expectations. My Mom was absolutely beautiful as was every detail. The cost was VERY reasonable. I have and will continue to refer everyone I know or meet to Frank’s team.”

He had lost quite a bit of weight before he passed, but you couldn't tell. If I had any questions at any time he was there to answer them. I was comforted from the very beginning when the driver came to the hospital to transfer my Dad to the funeral home. “Hi I have called several times to just get the proof for a stone ordered in September 22, 2018 we purchased a stone cash and have yet to receive the proof. Was promised by the anniversary of my dear mother's death date Dec 3. Still do not have any details yet lots of messages. They Never return calls. ????♀️ the contract says 21 days after paid in full signed 9/22/2018 we knew it may take a little longer but geez it's November 26, 2018 still no proff emailed as promised and nobody knows anything. I will update you When they decide to call me back. ???????? praying it will be this year. Update : 12/12/2018 I did get a call from John the General manager he responded to my message and had someone really nice called me back , all they need was a paper signed. On Dec 12th they email the document I got the signature next day back to them and they offer to place my order quickly and offered a nice keepsake magnetic Marker they apoligized for the delay . My sister went to my moms grave this morning on Christmas Eve Dec 24th already the stone was installed . She sent me pictures. I was so happy had to post a new review. So from the Dec 12th date When I got a call From Michelle and John at Lincoln on Dec 21, 2018a nice marker was delivered to my Home. 12/24/2018. I am so impressed with how quickly, not only kept their word they promised the stone by Christmas and it was received by Christmas Eve a day early. ???????? very happy with the service in the end. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas thanks to Michelle and John stepping in and moving things forward. I am impressed with how quickly and professionally they worked on helping me complete this last task in the memory of my dear sweet mother.
