“Dr. Neaville is amazing. My son has been going to him for many years and he is a great doctor. He listens, cares and shows great compassion and knowledge. Unfortunately, the front office staff has issues with billing and insurance claims. We have paid a lot of money out of pocket that insurance has ensured us they would have covered if the claim was submitted correctly by the office. Despite our extensive communication to both parties, the office staff was unwilling to resubmit the claims, or clear up their errors directly with insurance and it is no longer feasible to continue paying bills my insurance covers. I highly recommend Dr. Neaville - just keep an eye on your statements and communicate with your insurance should your out-of-pocket dues not match your coverage. We will truly miss Dr. Neaville's care.”

“I highly recommend Dr Huo for all hip related Orthopedic issues!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him & his team! My husband and I both feel like we owe my life to him & his team for their care. When I went in for hip revision surgery, Dr Huo immediately discovered a horrendous infection in my leg when the did the initial incision. It was self contained until the initial incision was made, and once that happen, the infection pocket burst. Because of the infection, I ended up having MULTIPLE surgeries, an infectious disease team was assigned to me, as well as having a wound vac and weekly wound care visits @ the clinic, and daily home health care, pic lines, and more. Due to the situation, we had to let the surgery heal from the inside out, it took 18 months for the wound to finally close. Dr Huo & his team provided exceptional care the entire time! BThey were essentially “on call” the entire time, & had to meet me in the ER all hours of the night, many times. So when I say I feel like we owe my life to them, I really mean that!! I can’t imagine ever having any other team care for me. This was all back in 2016-2018 & we still have him listed at the top of our Favorites List in our phones. If he and his team see this, I’d just like to, again, tell you, “Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for ALL of your care, concern, professionalism, experience and expertise! “Renee has been great as a therapist in so many ways, and I can't list them all in one review. She helped me years ago before early during my gender transition, and lately I've returned to her for counseling to help me cope with prolonged isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, she helped me overcome some personal mental blocks about adopting a dog, and I am so grateful. She was so right that it would be good for me, and I can be good for a dog who needs me! My life has been happier and more fulfilled because of this decision that I had held off for years due to personal hang-ups.
