“I had prints that were frameless for 6 years because I didn't trust the local chain stores to properly frame it. I found Sam's in Dallas and took him 3 prints. 1 of the 3, my most beloved print "Spanish Dancer" was damaged in the process of framing. I was heartbroken and in tears. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased from could no longer replicate the print. Sam was very apologetic and worked tirelessly to correct it. I appreciated greatly how he owned up to the damage and his offering of a consolation. He concealed the damage to where it's only now noticeable upclose. His friendly demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. “I do love this place! It's hard to go in and come out without something, and usually it's more than what you went in for. The greeters are friendly and the cashiers honestly move the line along as fast as they can. If I had to point out a negative I would say that it could look a little cleaner something about the windows and the glass on the doors just doesn't look as clean as I think it could or should. It's not that they look nasty more like really old, not cleaned well and without any updates for a long time. And because this place stays busy all the time I doubt that corporate will invest the time and money to address this since apparently they don't have to in order to compete.”

When I contacted Renowned Rennovation, Grant came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them.
