“No name or number on the building, I had to use google maps to be sure I’m at the correct address. They have 2 drive ways, use the one on the west side of the building “Driver entrance”. You have to go around the building to get to the Shipping/Receiving office, next to door 1. I have Arrived like one day early of my appointment schedule, they gave me a door right away and unloaded me no problems, pretty fast. Thank you! Niagara.”

When the items shipped I contacted customer service for a return, not only did they process a full refund to me but asked me to donate the food on to a shelter in Harley's name. “This is one of the most busiest Transportation centers distributor centers that I have visited this place is huge I'm talking at least a thousand trailers at one time in one parking lot the workers here were a little tired and looked a little warm but I'm sure that's a lot of information to decipher with the amount of activity that is in this distribution center although we are still treated with kindness and respect we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and which we did so thanks to Home Depot in the proper training we're able to accomplish our goal”
