“My name is Nicole and I am currently a patient with Modern Neck and Back Clinic. I have been suffering from injuries that I received in a rollover car accident for years. My very first phone conversation with Dr. Davidson, he said I guarantee I can get to 98% feeling better. I was in pain constantly and had just accepted that was how my life would be. I couldn't stand or walk for long periods of time. I couldn't sleep because I couldn't get comfortable. It was taking a toll on me. It took days to do housework. “Dr Muniz and his nurse (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) were so wonderful! They were funny, listened to everything, repeated things multiple times til it clicked in my brain :), and made sure I was comfortable all the while there. They also didn’t pressure me into getting anything that wasn’t necessary just to rack up the bill like the other doctors I saw wanted to do. The rooms are also very nice and private, clean, and definitely more peaceful than your typical ER. I hope not yo ever go back, but if I need an ER I’m definitely coming back here!”

“Working with Dent Mavericks was hands down the best experience I have had with a body shop. I had extensive hail damage all over the body and a cracked windshield. Dent Mavericks picked up the car and provided a large loaner vehicle for the time it took to complete the job. They provided the estimate to the insurance company and had the payment delivered to them for simplicity. The car was returned in immaculate shape with not a ripple on the body work to be seen. It was also returned with a full exterior and interior detail and a full tank of gas. Everyone I worked with was first class from the drivers, to agents, to schedulers. Highly recommended!”

“If Skillman Home Depot ever goes to war I will put on an orange apron and ride at dawn with them. I love this Home Depot (specifically the garden department) so much it’s unhealthy and I should probably talk to a therapist. I had the BEST interaction today. I was looking at a clearance patio table and a worker shouted across the store, “How much is that?” I thought, ‘It beats me I don’t work here’ and he shouted, “look at the yellow tag” and I shouted back “29” and he shouted, “how much are you willing to pay?” Life has really not prepared me for this situation at 8 am on a Sunday and I thought the correct answer was “29”. I was wrong. He chirped back, “Will you take it for 20? I’ve got five Christmas trucks coming in this week and we need the summer stuff cleared out.” We bantered back and forth a few times and he was having so much fun and you could tell he loved The Depot even more than I do. Long story short I now have a table I didn’t really want, but it’s suddenly my favorite little blue table. I will always look at it and think about what exceptional customer service looks like; deviating from the script of mundane interactions and taking a moment to have a special and fun interaction with a customer while accomplishing the goal. It made my weekend an absolute delight. Home Depot already gets a chunk of each pay-check I get, but do I need to re-write my will and give them my first born? At this point we’re basically family. Thank you Home Depot for being yourself. Also, PS, I hate orange - so that orange apron I’ll wear for you is really saying something.”
